Profesionalisme Guru
PROFESIONALISME DALAM PENDIDIKAN,DIPERLUKANKAH…?

Proses belajar menganjar (pendidikan) merupakan salah alat untuk mencerdaskan bangsa guna menciptakan masyarakat yang beradab dan berkebudayaan.oleh sebab itu pendidikan sangatlah penting dan signifikan sekali perannya bagi kelangsunan hidup manusia.karena bangsa yang jaya adalah bangsa yang taraf pendidikannya maju.semakin tinggi taraf pendidikan suatu bangsa,maka akan semakin jaya pula bangsa tersebut yang pada akhirnya akan mengangkat harkat dan martabat bangsa tersebut di mata dunia.
Merngingat pendidikan punya peranan yang sangat penting sekali dan sangat signifikan dalam mengangkat harkat dan martabat suatu bangsa,maka pendidikan tersebut agar sesuai harapan,mencerdaskan bangsa,maka di perlukan profesionalisme dalam pendidikan,baik itu menayangkut hubungannya dengan pendidik/guru ataupun hubungaanya dengan managemen pendidikian,yang kesemuanya harus dilakukan secara profesional guna tercapainya tujuan pendidikan secara efektif dan efisien( Kast and Rosenweig :1979
Salah satu syarat menjadi seorang guru yang professional,selain punya pendidikan yang cukup,dia juga harus tahu dan mengerti akan strategi pendidikan serta metode-metode pendidikan untuk di terapkan di dalam kelas guna mentransformasikan ilmu pengetahuan yang dimiliki sehinnga tujuan pendidikan bisa dicapai dengan baik.
Selain guru yang professional,pendidikan juga memerlukan manajemen yang professional,karena dengan manajemen professional,maka tujuan pendidikan bisa dicapai dengan efektif dan efisien.setiap kebijakan harus kelola dengan langkah-langkah : pertama,direncanakan (plan ) secara matang,baik perencanaan strategis maupun taktis.kedua,dilaksanakan (do )dengan melibatkan SDM yang professional dan sesuai bidangnya.ketiga,dievaluasi ( chek ) untuk mengetahui sejauh man perencanaan dapat dicapai dapat dilaksanakan dan tujuan tercapai.keempat,hasil evaluasi selanjutnya dipakai perbaikan ( review ).jadi manajemen pendidikan yang professional selalu mengadakan plan,do,chek dan review secara konsisten,sehingga dengan pengelolaan yang professional maka kualitas pendidikan kita akan mampu bersaing di era global.
Kesimpulan:profesionalisme pendidikan sangat diperlukan sekali dalam upaya mencerdaskan bangsa.karena hanya dengan manajemen pendidikan yang pofesional dan guru professional,maka pendidikan di negara kita bisa maju dan bersaing dengan negara lain.
IS THE PROFESSIONALISM IN EDUCATION NEEDED………?

The teaching learning process ( Education ) is one of the way’s to sharpen societies mind in the nation,with purose,in order that it can create the civilized and cultured societies.Therefore,the role of education is very important and significant toward execution of human being’s life.Because the glorious country is the country that has good education standard.So,the higher education of the country the more glorious the country is.So,that finally it will raise the rank and status of the country to good reputation upon world view.
Because education has a very important and significant role in raising the rank and status of the country to good reputation,in other that,the country is suitablewith the hope,that is sharpening societies mind in the country,so it is needed profesionalism to manage the education,either is deals with the relation with the teacher ( professional teacher ) or the relation with the matter of education management ( professional management ).That all them are done professionally to be achieve the main’s education with effective and efisien for the maximal result ( Kast and Rosenweig :1979 )
One of the requirement to be a professional teacher,besides he or she has an enough education,he or she has been to know and understand about education strategy and education methods to be applied in the class for purpose of transforming the knowledge which is had.So,the main’s of education can be achieve with very well.
Besides the professional teacher,the education is needed in the professional management too.Because with a professional management,the main’s of education can be achieve with effective and efisien.So,in every policy and decision have be managed with stage : The First, PLAN, the mean is every thing have to be planned well,either stratecy plan or tactis plan.The Second,DO,the mean is we have to complete that plan’s with angage the professional personal.The Third,CHECK, the mean is we have to evaluation or check to know,did the that plan’s is success or not?.The Fourt,REVIEW, the mean is we must review that all to repair’s and experience in the future.So,the professional management of education is have to do plan,do,check and review with consist.Because just with the professional management of education and professional teacher,the quality of our’s education will be able to compete in the global era.
SUMMARY
The professionalism education is very needed in the process to sharpen societies mind in the country,because with the peofessionalism education,the quality of our’s education can be raise and progress and will be able to compete with all over the word.
